Application:
It is widelyused as the washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for ONP, used account book and MOW, etc.
Design Features:
High ash removal: above 90%; Significant brightness has been achieved.
High efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8~1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency 10~15% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper.Compact structure and less space requirement, totally closed structure, cleanness and low noise, simple and easily for changing wire, no drop leg required.Lower energy consumption for pulp washing and thickening, low power required.
