Application

ZNW series cylinder wire thickener is suited to the washing and dewatering of low consistency stock in paper making and pulping process. It works like a filter by gravity.

Structure features

Low consistency stock0.5~1is fed from inlet into its trough, where stock water is draining on level difference1/5~1/2 cylinder diameterbetween inside and outside of cylinder. The filtered stock is carried on the rotating wire cylinder at low speed and further pressed and dewatered to 5~6% by the roll on gravity. The pressed stock is removed from roll by a doctor and drop in outlet.

Wide adaptability suited to low consistency dewatering, high output, and using different wire mesh for white water quality control.

Output per square meter will be less 1 ton for masson pine GP, 2 tons or more for chemical pulp and 1.5~2 tons for straw pulp.
