Application:
Its working principle is to dewater by gravity through the level difference between stock out of disc wire and white water in the disc. The pulp at the consistency of 0.8~1.2% enters the
vat and then is attached to disc sector. The white water in the disc flows to the ends of hollow shaft through guide slot and then discharges out. Stock attached on disc sector is knocked off by highpressure shower. The thickened stock at the consistency 3~4% flows over the plate
of adjusting valve into outlet vat where it is discharged out. The rotating speed of main
shaft can be adjusted according to the required outlet consistency and capacity.
Design Features:
Higher efficiency and less space required. Disc sector is made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance.Due to the structure of disc sector, the filtering area is large, allowing filtrating large amount of white water when operating.Compared with the consistency by the
common cylinder wire thickener, the consistency of white water filtrated is lower.
