Design Features:
With impeller installed horizontally, heavy impurities such as sand and metal pieces settle in the bottom of vat by gravity, hence reducing wearing of impeller and screen plate as well as produce clean stock with reducing the manual work of presorting.Directions of accepts outlet and rejects discharge are crossed and independent from each other. Thanks to the structures of impeller and screen plate, screen slots are prevented from plugging by sand and impurities, therefore the hydrapulper keeps running and discharging rejects continually without halting.
