ZNG High Speed Pulp Washer

Application

ZNG High Speed Pulp Washer can remove ink particle, fillings and fine impurities in waste paper pulping process with very high efficiency. It is widely used as washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for ONP,account book and MOW etc.

Advantages of ZNG High Speed Pulp Washer

·High ash removal above 90%;

·High efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8~1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency 10~15% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper.

·Washed by ZNG High Speed Pulp Washer, significant gain of pulp brightness is achieved.

·The equipment is compact and small floor space required, totally closed structure, cleanness and low noise, simple and easily for changing wire, no drop leg is required.

·Lower energy consumption for pulp washing and thickening, so power required is low.
