Application

ZDS series MC pulper is the key equipment in deinking process. At consistency 10~15% and under the effect of chemical and physical action,  waste papers such as newspaper, magazine paper film-coated are disintegrated into fiber stock, and efficiently separated light impurities such as ink particles,plastics and  films from fiber.

Design feature

ZDS series MC pulper consists of a steel vat, vertical helical rotor, drive mechanism, discharging device etc. The rotor is a 3-thread helical rotor with varied pitch and varied diameter. When the rotor rotating, the stock at consistency 10~15% is drawn by the helical rotor and flung from the top to the bottom,from outside to inside, and then out of center. As a result, waste paper stock is fiberized under intensive internal friction and kneading effect on fiber stock, in addition to friction by rotor vanes with teeth. In meantime, ink particles are separated from fiber by chemical and physical actions.

Compared with a low consistency pulper,slushing waste paper stock at the consistency of 10~15% results in saving energy 20~30%.

The impurities in waste paper stock are easily detached from fiber without being smashed into small pieces easily and thus help cleaning of downstream process.Compared with low consistency pulping,it can save heat and power by 50% as well as chemical by  20% respectively.
