Structure feature
ZCF series convection deinking flotation cell consists of the flotation cell with tow cylindrical sections (big one top of a small one), some stock distribution tubs and venturi stock-air mixer, suction unit and ink reject separator and level controller etc.
ZCF series convection deinking flotation cell can be installed in 2~4 cells in cascade.
ZCF series convection deinking flotation cell has following features.
Stock mixes in cell with high speed jet, spiraling up and overflowing down for secondary flotation. It can process at consistencies of 0.8~1.2%. The stock brightness is high and deinking result is good.
Less number of cells. Low power consumption. Less space required. It is easy and reliable foin operation.
With ink removal and separated by a suction unit, better separation and less fiber loss, easy ink reject collected for dispose. Less ink reject in effluent and easy for the effluent treatment.
