Structure feature ZCF series diffusion deinking flotation cell consists of steel cylindrical flotation cell, step diffusion stock-air mixer, annular stock inlet pipe, center reject pipe and level control box etc. Normally, ZCF series diffusion deinking flotation cell can be used as in cascade of 5~7 cells or secondary stage flotation for recovering fiber from ink reject. ZCF series diffusion deinking flotation cell has the following features: Under the stable condition of the stock consistency, pressure, flow velocity etc., the suspension level, air bubble size of the flotation cell is stable, it is easy ,for operation, andsafe and reliable in operation. The flotation cell can be installed separately in horizontal or one top of the other for saving space. The suspension level can be control to adapt to the different amount of ink particle in stock in each flotation cell, thus it ensure optimal flotation deinking efficiency and minimum fiber loss.
