ZNV series screw press washer is a usual machine for washing pulp and thickening at high-consistency by pressing and filtering mechanically, suitable for waste paper pulping and dispersion system as well as washing and thickening at high-consistency in pulp and paper industry, and also suitable for washing and thickening for sulfate wood pulping and for sub-ammonium straw pulping.

Structure features:

   ZNV series screw press washer consists of press screw, discharge control, filter drum, inlet hopper, trough, end bracket and drive, etc. Pulp is fed into the screw press washer through the hopper, rotating screw transport the stock to the pressing section through to outlet. The pulp is dewatered on the filter drum as the stock is squeezed by screw and back press device. The water pressed out of the pulp enters the save-all pan and discharge at water outlet. The thickened pulp is discharged at pulp outlet.

With discharge control, the outlet consistency can be controlled by regulating the pneumatic cylinders pressure and the pulp at consistency 10~12% can be thickened to 28~30%.

As the screw is driven by the reducer with V-belt, stable process of press and thickening and smoothing operation is ensured.

The machine has a simple structure. The anti-slip mechanism mounted on the filter drum makes it more reliable, operation and maintenance is easier and safer.
