ZNP Series Disc Filter

Application

ZNP Series Disc Filter is mainly used to wash and thicken pulp in pulping and papermaking process. It works by level difference of stock between inside and outside of disc wire. The pulp at consistency of 0.8~1.2% enters the vat then attached to disc sector, filtrate is guided by hollow shaft and discharged out at two ends. Stock attached on sector is knocked off by high-pressure shower. The thickened stock at consistency 3~4% flows over the plate of adjusting valve then into discharge chamber where it is let out. The rotation speed of main shaft can be adjusted for required outlet consistency and capacity.
