ZSM Series Low-Pulse pre-net screen is the heart of the approach flow system of the modern paper machine that is manufactured according to technical approval of Andritz-Ahlstrom company. It is special in the design and has high processing accuracy, so operation of the screen is without pulse. It can disperse the fiber filler and papermaking aid and fluidize them. It can also  screen out remained impurity in the stock and impurity from the broke system, so it has the function of guaranteeing the quality of the stock.. At the same time it can meet the needs of all operation of the paper machine headbox.

·The operation of the ZSM Series Low-pulse Paper machine Screen is stable and pulse is lowest because of double rotor structure of the special design and easy for installation as well as pulse adjustable. It also can save on energy and decrease energy consumption.

·The special designed corrugated screen plate can produce ideal turbulent flow near the screen cut. It can keep constant distance between rotor and screen cylinder all the time and has the structure of strong purification of rotor to screen frame, so it can avoid the appearance of the stock stopping up or blocking up and flocculating.

·The special designed accepts pipe structure which located under the screen cylinder and rotor is able to deliver the accepts flow after screening to the accepts outlet from all sides of the screen, so the accepts delivery is stable and without pulse.

·High accuracy processing and special manufacturing engineering can prevent efficiently forming of pulp ball and change of consistency.
