Application

ZTM series propeller agitator is applicable for storing and mixing circulation of the stock in pulping and papermaking industry. It can uniformly mix the stock and prevent the stock separated and precipitation from water. It can be used in process of sizing, filling and agitating of the stock. It can be installed in square vertical stock chest or horizontal stock chest. It can be also used as the circulator, agitator in the stock storage and bleaching tower and couch broke chest.

Structure feature

ZTM series propeller agitator consists of the horizontal agitating unit bracket and drive mechanism. The propeller installed on the sidewall of stock chest, transfers mechanical energy to stock as it is rotating and deliver a strong jet flow of three helixes and so push all the stock in direction parallel to propeller shaft to circulate in the stock chest. It also produces a vast amount of whirlpools at the boundary of the jet flow due to flow speed gradient there. The spinning and spreading of the whirlpool brings into action of more stock to circulate flow, thus producing high flow-rate and high flow efficiency.

·Small propeller diameter, high propeller rotation speed. It can produce big circulating capacity and lower specific electric consumption.

·It can be normally used in the stock chest with stock consistency 4.5%. The angle of propeller can be adjusted so to adapt to increased or decreased stock circulation consistency. It is particularly suitable for waste paper stock.

·Simple and reliable equipment, convenient for maintenance, simple stock chest construction and saving investment cost.
